Despite the ceasefire, the genocide continues in Gaza. Essential goods such as food, shelter, materials, and medicine continue to be blocked from entry. People are still starving and risk death from disease and exposure, especially the children and elderly. The few commercial goods available in the markets are all very expensive. The economy and civil infrastructure have been destroyed. Very few people have paying jobs, and normal people can not afford even the most simple necessities of life.
Please, donate if you can, and share with others.

I was living my life normally—until everything changed in a single moment. A head injury left fragments lodged inside my brain. They may be stable, but they are never silent. Sometimes I feel them as sharp pain; other times as a heavy pressure that never fades, as if my head carries an invisible weight.
On some days, the pain throbs, spreading from deep inside to my eyes, making light unbearable and sound overwhelming. On other days, I feel dizzy and unable to focus, as if my thoughts scatter before they can fully form. Sleep is no longer real rest—just a temporary pause from the pain.
The doctors explained that the fragments cannot be easily removed and that my condition requires continuous monitoring, medication, and regular checkups. The treatment doesn’t completely eliminate the pain, but it helps me endure it.
The hardest part is not only the physical pain, but the constant feeling that my life has changed. Simple things have become exhausting, and my days are measured by how much I can تحمل. Even so, I push myself to keep going, holding on to any moment of calm, trying to live despite everything… because hope, no matter how small, is the one thing the fragments still cannot break.
