โฌ419past 30 daysโฌ419collected8donationsI am a mother from Gaza.
I have nine children—six daughters and three sons.
We used to live a simple life, but at least we had a home.
Now our house is gone. Destroyed. We are displaced, broken, and trying only to survive each day.
My eldest son was once my strength. He was supposed to be the one who carries the family burden when his father, an elderly man, could no longer work. But life turned against us in the cruelest way.
My son suffers from brain damage (cerebral impairment).
He is no longer able to live like other young men.
The right side of his body is weak and damaged.
His right leg does not function properly, making every step a painful struggle.
He cannot walk normally… he drags himself through life with difficulty and exhaustion.
And he also suffers from loss of bladder control.
He needs diapers every single day—without exception.
But I cannot afford them anymore.
Imagine being a mother who sees her grown son, once strong, now dependent like a small child…
and not being able to provide even the most basic care to preserve his dignity.
We are living in extreme hardship in Gaza.
There is no home, no income, no stability, and no access to proper treatment.
His father is elderly and unable to work.
And I am completely overwhelmed, trying to hold a collapsing family together.
My son urgently needs:
Continuous medical treatment
Physiotherapy and rehabilitation sessions
Medication to ease his condition
Psychological support for his pain and frustration
Diapers every single day
Proper nutrition to keep him alive and stable
And my other children… they need food, safety, and shelter.
I am not asking for luxury.
I am asking for dignity.
I am asking for my son not to suffer in silence.
I am asking for help to keep my family alive.
Any support—no matter how small—can change everything for us.
Please don’t leave us alone in this.
Please help me save my son.
