My name is Silas and I am from Seattle, Washington. I created this campaign to raise money to help my friend Ahmed and his wife and children survive the war in Gaza. All funds will be transferred directly to Ahmed and his family to help provide money for food and shelter.

This is Ahmed's story:
I am Ahmed Tafesh. We are four people and the fifth is coming soon. We are suffering a lot here in Gaza. We are suffering from high prices and the spread of skin and health diseases. My wife is pregnant and her immunity is weak. We need full food support and my children are no less in need of good food to restore their health. They have become malnourished.
I used to live in Zeitoun, but my house was demolished and I was forced to move to a tent in Al-Mawasi and start with new facilities such as a tent, cooking utensils, clothes and everything else anew. All this in light of the crazy rise in prices. Anything you can give is appreciated. Please spread the word to as many people as possible. Thank you so much.
