$0past 30 days$1,661collected31donationsDima is a young mother from Gaza, pregnant and already caring for her three-year-old son—whom she lovingly calls her little warrior. She and her family are living in a state of unimaginable distress after enduring the bombing of their home and the loss of nearly everything they had.
At the start of the war, the house next door was threatened with bombing. Dima, her husband, and their child fled to a relative’s home, hoping for safety. But overcrowding and stress forced them to return. Days later, their own home was bombed.
Only one room remains standing.
Her husband was injured. Her son was injured. And Dima herself sustained a head injury she quietly bears. But the family has no means to seek treatment, no secure income, and no way forward.
They now live in a partially destroyed rental home under the threat of eviction. The landlord is demanding they vacate. Dima has nowhere to go. She is seeking support to purchase a tent, provide treatment for her injured family members, and secure basic food and necessities.
“I am pregnant and have a young child. My house was bombed, and now we live in one room. My husband and my son were injured. My husband’s brother, whom I consider a son, was also wounded. He needs treatment. We need food, shelter, and a safe place to survive. Please help us.” — Dima

📜 Note to Supporters (with Fee Transparency):
This campaign is managed by Falasteen Freed, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Every donation goes directly to Dima and her family with full transparency and integrity. Falasteen Freed is 100% volunteer-run and takes no commission from any campaign.
If you ever feel uncomfortable with outreach or communication regarding this campaign, please reach out directly through the platform—we are here for you.
To maintain our commitment to honesty and transparency, here is a brief overview of how your donation reaches Gaza:
-
Chuffed uses Stripe to facilitate deposits into our bank account, resulting in a 6% platform/processing fee.
-
Once deposited, funds are exchanged into USDT (crypto) with a ~1% conversion fee.
-
A flat $4 transfer fee is charged per transaction when sending USDT to Gaza.
-
Once in Gaza, the recipient exchanges the USDT into cash shekels at local exchange offices, which charge an average fee of ~28% due to war conditions and closed borders.
For example, a $100 donation typically results in around ₪235 shekels reaching the recipient—approximately $64 in local value—after all unavoidable steps in the process.
We are doing everything possible to minimize costs and ensure the maximum benefit reaches each family. Thank you for your generosity and trust—it truly changes lives.
