On November 19, 2025, the army advanced into our neighborhood in Al-Shuja’iya and launched indiscriminate shelling, despite the presence of a ceasefire and although we were not in a state of war.

In a single moment, my life completely changed.

I lost my home — our only place of safety — which was destroyed more than ever before, and my brother was killed and became a martyr. We were left with nothing.

We are innocent civilians with no connection to any military activity or conflict, yet we paid an unbearable price.

Today, my family and I are living in extremely difficult humanitarian conditions after losing everything, and we are trying to rebuild our lives from scratch once again.
