Basem lives in Gaza with his two young daughters and new son, His son just two weeks, Their home in Rafah was destroyed in the war, and they now live in a 2-by-3 meter tent that resembles a greenhouse—trapping heat and providing no protection from the sun or disease.

The conditions are unbearable. There is no ventilation, no food, no access to vitamins or healthcare, and nowhere safe for a pregnant woman and two toddlers to survive.

His eldest daughter is 2.5 years old, and the youngest is 1.5 years old, born in the middle of the war on November 11, 2023. My new son was born in November 24,2025    their family urgently needs shelter, nutrition, and medical care.
