My name is Saeed Hassan & Malama. I’m 23, from Gaza.
After our home was bombed, I fled with my family from the north to central Gaza. Now, 15 of us live in a tiny 60m² apartment we rent for $300/month.
We lost everything. My father and brother were martyred in the war. My late brother left behind four children and a widow, and I now care for them all — while also supporting my own siblings and sick mother.
👨👩👧👦 Who’s living in this small space?
-
My mother – diabetic, hypertensive, and hearing impaired
-
4 brothers – including Khaled (19), who lost three fingers from a drone strike
-
4 sisters – including 12-year-old Minna
-
My late brother’s widow and children:
-
Saeed (12), Aseel (10), Anas (8), and Suwar (6) – Suwar still needs milk and diapers
-
-
Me, carrying all of this on my shoulders after being injured in the face during an attack
💔 What we urgently need:
-
🍼 Milk and diapers for baby Suwar
-
🍽️ Nutritional supplements for malnourished brothers (Hussam & Bassam)
-
💊 Diabetes & blood pressure meds for my mother
-
🔋 Batteries for her hearing aid
-
🍞 Daily food, clean water, and hygiene items
-
💡 Any help to afford rent, electricity, and basic survival
We need around $100/day just to cover essentials — and many days, we fall short.
🆘 We are exhausted. We are trying. But we need you.
We have no income.
We have no safety net.
We only have each other — and your kindness.
Please don’t scroll past our story. We’re living 15 lives in a single crowded room, surrounded by grief and hunger.
💔 We are survivors — but we can’t survive alone.
Your donation, no matter how small, brings us closer to warmth, health, and dignity.
Even sharing this campaign can change everything for us.
Help us breathe. Help us eat. Help us stay human.
With hope,
– Saeed Hassan, Gaza
