💔 A Mother on the Brink

Ansam, 31, is a displaced mother from Gaza living in unimaginable conditions. She once dreamed of building a future with her university degree—she studied, worked hard, and graduated—but war and poverty stole even the cost of obtaining her certificate. Today, that dream is buried under rubble, alongside her sense of security.

She and her husband (40) are parents to four children: ages 14, 13, 10, and 8. Ansam is now pregnant with their fifth. They live in a small rented shelter without stable income, support, or access to food and healthcare. Her unborn child has never known a day of proper nourishment.

They have nothing but a prayer and each other.

🍞 The Children Deserve More Than This

All of Ansam’s children should be in school, but with no food, clothing, or school supplies, their education is on pause. The family’s days revolve around survival: the children go out early each morning to gather firewood so they can boil water or make tea without sugar, the only thing they often have to get through the day.

Last week, they were blessed to receive a single portion of meat—the first in over three months. That tiny piece had to feed six starving souls.
