My name is Eman, I’m 26 years old, a mother of three young children, and I’m writing from a tent in Gaza — not a home, just a piece of cloth shielding us from the sky.
📍Our house in Rafah was destroyed by airstrikes.
We fled with nothing — no mattress, no food, not even baby milk.
We’ve been displaced more than 20 times, and now we live in a borrowed tent with no bathroom of our own.

He suffers from severe back muscle damage from carrying heavy aid and belongings during our many displacements.

He needs constant pain medication and therapy.

Despite his pain, he cares for his sick parents:

His father has heart disease, high blood pressure, and diabetes.

His mother suffers from kidney stones and hypertension.

They both rely on monthly medications we can’t afford.
