My name is Eman, I’m 26 years old, a mother of three young children, and I’m writing from a tent in Gaza — not a home, just a piece of cloth shielding us from the sky.

📍Our house in Rafah was destroyed by airstrikes.
We fled with nothing — no mattress, no food, not even baby milk.
We’ve been displaced more than 20 times, and now we live in a borrowed tent with no bathroom of our own.

🧒👶 My children:

  • My eldest is 5, a bright boy who just started kindergarten. I struggle every month to pay his 100 shekel tuition.

  • My middle child is 4, and my youngest is only 10 months old. She hasn’t had milk or diapers for over a month.

😢 Our daily reality:

  • We’ve been without flour or bread for over a month.

  • There is no food, no clean water, no baby formula.

  • I borrow a bathroom from relatives because our tent has nothing.

🧑‍🦽 My husband:

  • He suffers from severe back muscle damage from carrying heavy aid and belongings during our many displacements.

  • He needs constant pain medication and therapy.

  • Despite his pain, he cares for his sick parents:

    • His father has heart disease, high blood pressure, and diabetes.

    • His mother suffers from kidney stones and hypertension.

    • They both rely on monthly medications we can’t afford.

📢 Why we need your help:

  • 🍼 Milk and diapers for our baby

  • 🍞 Flour and food for our children

  • 💊 Medicine for my husband and in-laws

  • 🛖 Basic shelter supplies — we have no furniture, no blankets, no mattress

We are not just hungry — we are on the edge of survival.
There are days I feel I’ll lose one of my children to hunger or sickness, simply because the world doesn’t see us.

From one mother to another, from one human to another…
Help me protect my children. Help us survive this war not just with bodies — but with hope.

With all my heart,
