My name is Zainab. I’m 17 years old, living in Gaza with my family of ten.

Right now, I should be focused on my final year of high school — a year meant to shape my future. But instead of books and quiet study, I’m surrounded by the sound of drones, the fear of bombings, and the constant fight for basic survival. 💔📚

We used to live on a small piece of land that provided for us. That land is gone now — destroyed. Along with it, our only source of income vanished. Today, we live in a rented home that costs $300 a month, while we struggle daily to put food on the table. Sometimes, we go days without enough to eat. Clean water is a luxury. Electricity comes and goes. Nights are long and cold, and the silence is filled with the hum of danger. 🌙⚡🍞

My father is sick — he suffers from diabetes and high blood pressure. Even finding his medicine has become a daily battle. There are days when we’re forced to choose between food or treatment — between survival and survival. 💊🥺

Gaza is not just a name on the news — it’s our home. And life here has become unbearable.

How can students study under the fear of airstrikes?
How can families rest when they don’t know if their roof will still be above them tomorrow?
How do you focus on exams when your home is cold, dark, and empty?

Every day, I wake up hoping things will get better. I hold on to faith. I try to study, even when my body is tired and my heart is heavy. I dream of finishing school, of building a better future, of breaking the cycle of fear and loss. 🎓🌱

But dreams need safety. They need light. They need the quiet that war has taken away.

We need help. I’m reaching out — not just for myself, but for my family, and for everyone here silently struggling in Gaza. Your support can help us pay rent, buy food, afford medicine, and give me a chance to complete my education — to hold on to a dream in a place that’s trying to take it away. 💛

Please, stand with Gaza. Stand with me.
Let your kindness reach across borders.
Let your heart be louder than the silence we’re forced to live in.
Let hope win. 🌍🙏

Thank you for your time. Thank you for your heart.
