Help Reham and her children in Gaza

To all good people, I am writing to you from Gaza, and I don't know if I will survive the coming days. I write these words with a heavy heart, after a war and a genocide—a time filled with unbearable sorrow, suffering, and endless loss.

My name is Reham, a mother of three from Gaza. We had a happy home and a life full of warmth and love. But when the war escalated, everything changed. We were forced to flee south, leaving behind everything we knew.

On November 23, 2024, our home was bombed while we were inside. We were pulled from the rubble, injured and in shock. My child—my beloved child—was killed that day. Since then, my surviving children and I have been homeless, struggling for food, warm clothes, or even a safe place to slee

We pitched a tent in Rafah, hoping for some safety, but even there, we had to move again. The winter is bitterly cold, and I am terrified. I have lost one of my children, and I cannot bear to lose the others. 

My family and I are deeply grateful to everyone who has supported us throughout this long period.

Now we have found a small apartment, after surviving the winter and the summer before in the tent. 

We aim to raise $500 each month to pay the rent (260 USD) and have some food to survive. 

Recent border closures have led to a significant increase in the prices of basic food items, making it essential to secure our necessities. This is especially important given the ease of access to donations. Every contribution, no matter how small, makes a difference.
