My name is Mohammed Tarek, I am 27 years old — but I have never truly lived those years in peace. Every stage of my life has been marked by war and siege. I have not known a single day of safety or happiness.

💔 In this latest war of extermination, I have faced death many times. I was injured twice — in my first injury, I lost two of my closest friends. In the second, I lost my other half — my twin brother. I also lost my grandfather, grandmother, and cousin.

Our home — the place where I was born, where all my memories and dreams lived — was completely destroyed. The people I loved most are now gone. I walk through life with half a soul, because the other half is buried beneath the rubble.

Now, my family and I live surrounded by destruction, hunger, and fear. We have no home, no clothing, and no safety. Winter is approaching fast — and without shelter or warm clothes, the cold itself will become a deadly weapon against us. ❄️
