Help 18 Y/O Mahmoud Support His Family in Gaza
My name is Mahmoud Musallam, I'm a high school student living in Gaza, displaced and sheltering with my sister and her family in a rented home. I’m just 18, but I’ve become the only provider for a family of eight, many of whom are sick, injured, and in urgent need of care.
๐ Our Reality:
-
We live in a rented house ($200/month) with 8 people:
-
๐ง My mother (injured during the war – shrapnel in her brain)
-
๐ฉ๐ฆฑ My sister (cancer patient and war injury in the jaw)
-
๐ฆ Two babies: 9 months & 3 years
-
One has a serious abdominal condition – his intestines are outside his body
-
-
๐จ๐ Me (trying to finish high school while working to support everyone)
-
๐ง Two others (ages 15 and 24)
-
-
Everyone relies on me — a student — to cover:
-
๐งผ Diapers and baby formula
-
๐ Medication for cancer, allergies, war wounds
-
๐ My private lessons in English & Math: $150/month (essential for graduation)
-
๐ Treatment for my baby nephew: $300/month
-
๐ Our Monthly Needs:
-
๐ Rent: $200
-
๐ผ Diapers & formula: urgently needed
-
๐ Medication: $40 (allergies), $300 (baby’s condition)
-
๐ My education: $150 for private lessons
-
๐ Allergy creams and treatments for me and my sister
I’m trying to study, work, and care for my entire family — all while displaced in a war zone. We are exhausted, sick, and struggling to survive.
๐ Please help us with even a small donation.
Every dollar eases our suffering and gives my family a chance to live.
