His father suffers from a debilitating spinal injury, compounded by a heart bypass surgery and painful stomach ulcers. His mother battles a recurrent bacterial infection, leaving her in constant discomfort and unable to care for their household. With both parents unwell, the survival of the entire family rests on Mohammed’s shoulders.
