My name is Mohamed, a young man from Gaza.
I was not born rich, but I worked with dignity, dreaming of a small home, a wife to share my life with, and a child to fill our house with laughter.

I graduated from university and started working as an accountant in a contracting company.
I married my beloved wife, Mayar, and we began our life from scratch, in a simple house full of love.

After a month of marriage, we found out we were expecting our first child...
We counted the days, dreamed of her name, her first dress, and her crib beside our bed.

But on October 7th, everything began to collapse.

We heard the first missile… then the second… and we left our home to seek safety.
I did not carry my papers, nor did I think about the car.
All I cared about was to see Mayar alive.

We fled under the sound of bombing and shelling, carrying fear in our hearts and pain on our backs.
From a warm home to a crowded school, then to a worn-out tent that neither keeps out rain nor wind.

And in the heart of this hell…
Our daughter Rose was born.

She was born without a hospital, without a doctor, without a bed...
On a blanket on the dusty floor of the tent, under the sound of shelling.

Rose has never tasted full milk,
Never felt the comfort of a dry diaper,
Nor worn a dress without me trembling, wondering where I will find another.

Today, we live without income, without food, without medicine.
Sometimes, three days pass without us eating anything real.
Mayar suffers, Rose cries, and I… do not even have a spare tear.

I do not ask for a palace,
Nor even a concrete room.
I only ask for a can of milk, a clean diaper, and a meal to quiet my daughter’s crying.

I am a man whose house was buried, whose livelihood was broken, but who still fights so that his hope is not buried.
Help us save Rose.
Help us because all we have left are these words... and this child fighting hunger under a fabric roof.
