My name is Nermeen, a displaced girl from Gaza, and I never imagined I’d be sharing my family’s story like this. But when your world is reduced to a tent and survival becomes your only goal, you start hoping that maybe, someone out there will listen.

We’ve been living through a brutal war for nearly two years now. My family has been displaced more than 13 times. We’ve lost our home, our safety, and any sense of normal life. Today, we live in a tent — a thin sheet between us and the sky, with no electricity, no clean water, and barely any food.

Everything is expensive beyond reason. A few vegetables or a sack of flour costs more than we can afford. Medicine? Out of reach. Clean water? Scarce. We’re not living — we’re just surviving.
