Help Majed Give His Daughter a Safe Life in Gaza 139379
My name is Majed, a 30-year-old from Gaza. I worked as a nurse practitioner and lived a modest life with my wife and our only daughter, Maryam, who is 7 years old.
Our home in Rafah wasn’t big, but it was filled with warmth, memories, laughter… and a sense of safety.
But one day, everything changed ๐. An airstrike destroyed our home — reduced it to rubble before our eyes. Maryam cried in fear, and I tried to comfort her while silently breaking inside.
We survived, thank God ๐, but we lost everything — our home, clothes, belongings, even our sense of safety.
Today, we live displaced in a tent with 10 family members, including children and elders. The conditions are unbearable — no clean water ๐ฑ, no electricity โก, and no access to medicine. Every day is a fight to survive.
I wake up each morning wondering:
What can I feed Maryam today?
How can I get medicine for my sick mother?
How do I protect my daughter from the freezing cold that seeps into her bones?
I’m not asking for anything for myself — I just want a dignified life for my daughter and the children who deserve to live their childhood, not survive fear and hunger.
Right now, we depend entirely on donations. Every little thing helps — a bag of flour, baby milk, a blanket ๐งบ, even a single dollar can make a difference.
Please help us survive.
Please help us believe that kindness still exists in the world ๐ค.
