My name is Mahmoud, a father of three children struggling to save them from hunger and war.
We survived bombings more than once. We once had a home, a stable life, and an income — but the war took everything. Now I fight every day just to find food, clean water, and basic medicine for my children.
The war destroyed everything beautiful in our lives.
All I want is safety, food, and dignity for my kids.
Fear has taken over their childhood. I try to calm them every night, to give them hope even when I have nothing left. We’ve been displaced from one place to another. I sold everything I owned just to keep them alive amid soaring prices.
