My name is Asmaa, and my brother Obaida and I are from Jabalia Camp in northern Gaza. The war took our home, our sense of security, and many of our dreams. Today, we are struggling to survive while trying to hold on to hope for a better future.
Before the war, I dreamed of completing my education and becoming a pharmacist, but financial difficulties and the circumstances in Gaza forced me to stop studying. Despite everything, I still dream of returning to university and completing my education.
My brother Obaida is now in his final year of high school, one of the most important years of his life. He dreams of achieving excellent grades so he can have the opportunity to travel abroad and continue his university education.
But studying in Gaza has become incredibly difficult. We have no reliable source of electricity or lighting, and Obaida struggles to study in the darkness. Sometimes, he has to walk long distances just to charge his phone so he can access his study materials.
This GoFundMe campaign is our chance to rebuild our lives and protect our future.

☀️ Buy a complete solar power system with an inverter, costing $7,000, so we can charge our phones and have electricity and light at night, allowing Obaida to study and prepare for his exams.
Help me continue my education and support Obaida in completing his final year of high school, giving him a chance to pursue university studies abroad.
Provide food and other basic necessities for our family.
❄️ Prepare for winter by purchasing essential supplies and tarpaulins to protect our shelter from the cold and harsh weather.
