Hi, my name is Rosie and I'm from England. My friend Emad has asked me to create this page on behalf of his sister, Sherine Abu Khousa who remains in Gaza along with the rest of his family.
Sherine and her husband Mazen Abu Khousa have 7 children to take care of, and they are struggling terribly. They have survived over 1.5 years of the genocide and have received no outside support. Nothing at all. The family currently lives in the North part of Gaza Strip under worn out material they use for shelter. They often go to sleep staving with the children crying due to lack of basic food items.
Currently no food has entered the strip for over 24 days and prices have skyrocketed to more than 200% higher than before. This means our donations are vital in keeping this family alive. 25k bags of flour are not up to £200 or more, and families are starving and scared.
Please help me to bring this young family some hope, and bring a little ease their current pain. Funds collected will be sent weekly or fortnightly to Sherine (via bank transfer) to purchase flour, lentils, water and medicine and whatever else is needed. If you wish to contact Emad or his sister Sherine, please send me a message and I will gladly share contact details for them.
Gaza is bleeding but are not helpless. We must not lose hope. Pease donate whatever you can to Sherine and her children, and also share this fundraiser online / tell friends and family. Comission is also up to 25% for withdrawals in Gaza so please also bare that in mind when donating.
