I am Ismail, age 19 yrs from Gaza, carrying the pain of my small family of seven souls, Wallaa, age 17 yrs, Khalil, age 15 yrs, Maram, age 12 yrs, Lina, age 10yrs, Sara age 2 yrs and my mother, lost amidst rubble and tents. We lost my father who was martyred during the war. I thought life couldn’t break us any further, but every passing day steals the spark of hope from my little sister's eyes. Our home, once filled with laughter and warmth, is now just a memory buried under debris. My father, our rock and our heart, is gone, leaving us to face hunger and fear alone.

In a cold tent, I sit every night beside my sisters, Lina and Sara, two girls not older than ten years old. Their eyes, which once painted dreams of tomorrow, now weep with one question: “Ismail, will we eat today?” My heart shatters watching them sleep on empty stomachs, dreaming of a piece of bread or a blanket to shield them from the winter’s chill. Sometimes, Lina clutches my hand and whispers, “You’ll protect us, right?” But I, in all my helplessness, have nothing but my prayers and my hope in your kind hearts.

The war has taken everything: our home, our father, our safety. But it hasn’t taken my faith that there are good people out there who can reach out to save us. That’s why I’m pleading for your urgent help today. We need £10,000 to secure food, water, and medicine for my sister Maram who has liver cirrhosis and an enlarged spleen. To live a day with dignity without fearing hunger will kill us. Every dollar you give is a breath that revives our broken hearts.

Imagine Lina and Sara smiling again, eating a warm meal, dreaming of tomorrow without tears. Imagine your donation being the reason their joy returns. You’re not just giving money—you’re giving us a reason to keep going. From my aching heart, I beg you, don’t let us face death alone. Help us today, for my sisters, for a hope that fights to survive.
