Um Mohammed is a brave woman who carries within her a story of long struggle with life. Today, she faces challenges beyond her ability to endure. Um Mohammed, once capable of taking care of herself and her children, is now paralyzed and unable to move her body due to a severe injury from a painful accident.

Today, she finds herself alone in a harsh world, unable to do anything on her own. She needs constant care every moment, but life's resources have become scarce. She needs medicines she can’t reach, food to fill her empty stomach, and water to quench her thirst. No one can offer help except for the little assistance that comes sporadically.

But hope still beats in her heart. Although her body fails her, her spirit remains strong, and she wishes for a better tomorrow, to live in peace without pain.
