Help Umm Hani and her family of 6 in Gaza, Palestine

Hello, I'm Abdul Hadi from Portugal. I'm opening this campaign on behalf of our sister Umm Hani and her family, survivors of the ongoing genocide in Gaza. Here is their appeal:

I am Umm Hani, a woman who lost her husband and became the sole provider for six young children.

The recent war in Gaza has left us with nothing. The bombing completely destroyed our home, turning the place that gathered us and gave us safety into rubble. There is no longer a roof to protect my children from the cold and fear, nor walls to contain their innocence.

My children go to sleep today asking me, “Mama, where is our home?” and I find no answer but the tears I hide from them so they don’t feel that hope has died.

Yet I still believe that the kindness in your hearts can save us. Your support, however small, could be food to ease our hunger, shelter to protect our small bodies from homelessness, or even medicine to relieve a pain I cannot bear alone.

Help us, for you are the only hope we have left after losing everything.
